The Dream Room is a clothing and diaper resource for low-income families in Larimer County with children up to two years of age.
316 W Mulberry St.
Fort Collins, CO
We recognize that many families with small children in our community need practical support. Because of this ongoing need, the Dream Room was created to serve this population. Our mission is to serve our customers with dignity and respect and provide a no-fee shopping experience.
The Dream Room offers a large selection of donated clothing, toys, baby gear, and diapers. Our customers can shop once a month. If available the customer may take 7 complete outfits, 7 sleepers, diapers and accessories per child. Our reward is seeing a smile on the faces of our customers as they leave.
If you are pregnant, you may shop at the Dream Room one month prior to your delivery date and then monthly after baby is born until the child is two years old.
We ask that you provide proof of residence (EX: DMV i.d., or utility bill) and a copy of the child’s birth certificate, and you will then be added to our database. We do not keep these documents, only check them for validation.
Volunteer & Donate
We accept age appropriate donations of clean, serviceable, used clothing, accessories and diapers for our families. Cash donations are always welcome. Volunteers are needed to staff and help run the Dream Room. If you are interested in donating or volunteering your time, please contact us at 970-493-2557 or email us.
Created in April 2008 and operated by Adoption Dreams Come True, the Dream Room is a resource for low-income families. In 2008 we served almost 500 children and their families. Today, we have served 3500+ and the need for the services of the Dream Room continues!
