We really love our life together. Even after 8 years of marriage and our share of hard times as well as good ones, we still really like each other. We are best friends and we laugh a lot.
We have a rich life with lots of activities, friends, church, personal endeavors, beer tastings, and amazing food. We’re eager to grow our family through adoption.
For most of our marriage, we’ve known we would not be able to have biological children because of Lauren’s health. We’ve been preparing for the day when we’d be ready to start the adoption process. We’re excited to be a waiting family at last, and we look forward with hope to parenthood.
Lauren’s company does a great job with parental leave, so she’ll be able to take several months off when we bring home a baby. And we have very excited families, friends, and neighbors ready to love our child and support our family.
