Korry & Holly

Dear Birth Mother,

Thank you so much for taking the time to read our letter, this is a difficult letter to write to someone you have not met. We think that you are making a very difficult , yet courageous and selfless decision in choosing adoption for your baby. We have tremendous respect for what you are doing.  We hope that we may be able to fulfill your dreams for your baby and would welcome as much contact as you would feel comfortable with.

We have so much love to give and only wish for the opportunity to give it. We promise that your child will be happy and will know that they are loved. We want your child to know the simple things in life that matter such as a good home, good health, good education, family, and happiness.

We understand that it is difficult for you to gain insight into our lives. But we would like to give you some basics. We live in eastern Colorado in a small community. We have been together for 8 years during our 8 years together we have known both joy and sorrow, as you will learn. These experiences have helped us grow as people, which has also helped us prepare for parenthood. We spend holidays with family and include them in our daily lives. The importance of family is at the top of our list and your child will learn that and be very loved by grandparents, aunts, uncles, and many cousins. We think that our greatest responsibility as parents is to ensure that your child knows God and knows that he/she is loved by us.

Korry is the family farmer and runs/operates the family farm as well as a dealer of seed corn for Hoegemeyer Seed. Holly is an Early Childhood Specialist during the school year and in the summer months she helps with the family farm or just simply enjoys her time off.

Thank you again for your time and for learning about us. We are so excited to expand our world and welcome a child into our home, a home that is filled with love, family and happiness.

Sincerely

Korry and Holly
