For over two decades, Adoption Dreams Come True has walked alongside hundreds of families through some of life's most profound moments: the decision to place a child, the hope of building a family through adoption, and everything in between. As a fully licensed Colorado nonprofit agency, the team brings together deep clinical training, lived experience, and genuine care to guide birth parents, adoptive families, and children through the adoption journey with steadiness and heart. That same foundation of trust and compassion continues to shape the work today.
The agency provides comprehensive adoption services primarily for infant children, including designated, open, and semi-open adoptions, covering the full adoption process. this includes home studies, counseling, education classes, legal relinquishment or termination, placement, post-placement support, and adoption finalization. Services are offered statewide with a sliding fee scale and free birth parent counseling.
